Geosynthetics, Rubber & Metal Testing

Geotextile testing refers to the evaluation and analysis of geotextile materials to determine their physical, mechanical, and hydraulic properties. Geotextiles are permeable fabrics made from synthetic fibres and are commonly used in civil engineering and environmental applications, such as soil stabilization, erosion control, filtration, drainage, and reinforcement.
It involves various laboratory tests conducted on geotextile samples to assess their suitability, durability, and effectiveness in the intended application.
We perform following : Geotextile/Geogrid/Geocell/Geostrap tests:
- Mass per Unit Area
- Thickness
- Tensile Strength
- Elongation
- Tear Strength
- Puncture Resistance
- Permeability
- Apparent Opening Size (AOS)
- Local Overstressing test, Peeling test, Splitting test of Geocell

- Tensile Strength (Barbed Wire)
- Hardness (Rockwell HRC & HRB)
- Rubber Hardness (Shore A)
- Compression Set
- Wrapping Test
