Established in 2013 with the principle aim of providing geotechnical services to the bourgeoning construction and infrastructure industry of India.

SRGeo is focused on consultation, supervision, research and testing in civil engineering work, especially in geotechnical engineering, foundation engineering and underground construction. We believe that our experience and tradition stands us in good stead in providing economical and sound geotechnical and engineering solutions to the industry at the same time upholding quality and integrity.

We are a professional Company, comprising of 07 seasoned technocrats (Geotechnical Engineers, Geologists, Hydro-geologists, Geo-physists, Surveyors, Mining and Blasting Engineers) to head each of the department supported by skilled and semi-skilled executives for providing services.

Kumar Salunkhe - Managing Director

Kumar is an alumnus of one of the most elite technical institutions, IIT Roorkee and holds a master’s degree in Technology enriched with a hands-on experience of 16 years in Geotechnical field and overall experience of 17 years in handling and executing various reputed projects of Geotechnical Investigations, He is also one of the few Professional Engineers – India, Chartered Engineers – India and holds an additional feather in the hat as a Road Safety Auditor.

He aims for holding the Doctorate in Geotechnical Engineering! Kumar holds an edge and surely is a Master Stroke…!!!

Sameer Patil - Director

Sameer is the Director who heads Business Operations and has a knack of geotechnical engineering. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering with the foundation being a diploma earned in the same. He is the driving force of S & R. His expertise are in pile load tests, drilling and grouting, soil and rock passive and pre stressed anchors, piling and micropiling etc.

Sameer holds a rich experience of 18 years which lays the building block of his entrepreneurial journey. He is a dynamic team leader whose track record depicts his result oriented attitude towards his work. Be it the office staff or the on-site workers, Sameer is a beloved boss…!!!

Welcome to S & R!

I am glad that you have explored what our organization is up to and what services we offer to make our customers’ life easy. Well, I would like to take you through a few things which might not be written anywhere.

S & R Geotechniques Pvt. Ltd. is here to MAKE A DIFFERENCE! We aim to be one of the India’s Top 10 Geotechnical Engineering Firms by 2030 thereby aiming to cross the topline revenue of 100 Crores. The last 7 years has been a journey from an entity which survived the starting hiccups and ups & downs to a stable business entity and now we have our eyes on becoming an ORGANISATION. I am happy to say that we are a family of 70+ employees and 150+ Labor workforce.

The next 10 Years will be crucial for us in all aspects. S & R would not have come this far if we did not have the constant support and the belief in our work by all our esteemed partners. It is their belief in us which gives us the strength and constant motivation to get up and get the work done in the same zeal every single day.
