Kumaar Salunkhe
Founder & Managing DirectorKumaar is an alumnus of one of India's most elite technical institutions, IIT Roorkee, and holds a master's degree in technology. He has 22 years of experience in the geotechnical field, handling and executing reputed geotechnical investigation projects. He is one of the few Professional Engineers – India and Chartered Engineers – India, and is also a certified Road Safety Auditor.
He is working towards a doctorate in geotechnical engineering. Kumaar holds an edge and is surely a master stroke!

Sameer Patil
Founder & DirectorSameer heads business operations and has a knack for geotechnical engineering. He holds a bachelor's degree in civil engineering, built on a diploma in the same field. He is the driving force of S & R, with expertise in pile load tests, drilling and grouting, passive and prestressed soil and rock anchors, piling and micro-piling.
Sameer's 24 years of experience laid the foundation of his entrepreneurial journey. He is a dynamic, result-oriented team leader. Be it the office staff or the on-site workers, Sameer is a beloved boss!
